  The upper couch roll is a big-diameter light roll and arranged above the suction couch roll, and when working under a low pressure, the upper couch roll can make the paper sheets smooth and further strengthen the dewatering effect before the haircloth is separated.  The upper couch roll is coated by the materials which are extremely soft (160 to 250P&J hardness degree) and have high paper-releasing property, so that the upper couch roll can resist the corrosion of steam and chemicals.
