 Paper Making Roller  For the metering sizing of the metering rod or scraper, two soft rolls are used, among them, the P&J hardness of one roll is nearly half of that of the other roll, and both of them jointly form a pressure area. The rubber films are uniformly guided in the pressure area by using the two soft rolls, so that the rubber films can be conveniently transferred to the paper sheets.  The cladding materials of the sizing pressing roll adopting the sizing pressing mode must have extremely good wearing resistant, chemical corrosion resistant and high-temperature resistant properties, and stable hardness so as to ensure the optimum sizing effect and long service life of the sizing pressing roll. And the cladding materials must also keep a certain surface smoothness so as to uniformly separate paper sheet and avoid the cracking of the rubber films. A proper amount of starch/coating materials are kept on the cladding, so that the cladding materials can be conveniently coated on the paper sheets.
