  The cylinder couch roll runs relative to a paper sheet forming cylinder mould to form a pressure area, so that the paper sheets in the cylinder are dewatered and transferred to the bottom part of the felt, and finally the paper sheets are guided to the pressing part.  The cladding materials of the cylinder mould couch roll are commonly soft rubber or polyurethane materials with anti-ageing and anti-heat curing properties (200 to 250P&J hardness degree).
